At Freddo Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
